Infosys results disappoint market: India’s No. 2 IT company Infosys’ latest quarterly results dismayed the market. The company said its profit at Rs 17.8 billion was up 14 percent, while analysts had expected it to be upward of Rs 18 billion.
Wikipedia coming to India?: Wikipedia is reportedly planning to open its first office outside the US, in India. This could happen within the next 2-3 months, and the move is expected to help the free online encyclopedia to grow its content and user base in several of the Indian languages.
RIM gives access to Indian govt.?: BlackBerry maker and service provider Research In Motion has reportedly said that it has provided the Indian government the means to access its Messenger services.
