In a news story filed by Wall Street Journal less than an hour ago, it is reported that India’s largest mobile service operator Bharti Airtel launched 3G services in the telecom circle of Karnataka Monday, January 24. Launches in other 12 circles, where Airtel has secured 3G licenses will follow over the next couple of months.
